To work, to school, to the shops, through traffic, home. Through menopause, through the holidays, through life.
If, like me, sometimes you become ‘navigationally challenged’, a map can be a lifeline. Nothing set in stone, just a guide to get from A to B. Of course, you can always use an alternate route – maybe someone who’s been there before can show you the way.
And our traveling companions through life? Our body, Or self. But just as you shouldn’t drive a car without learning to drive, sometimes an owner’s manual can be useful (after all, what happens if you break down? or have an accident?) How do you get fixed? How do you prevent a breakdown in the first place? How do you get going again?
